Meningococcal Disease and Healthcare Professionals

Meningococcal disease is a serious and deadly bacterial infection. Adolescents and young adults age 16-23 years are at higher risk for meningococcal disease. NFID has developed a toolkit as part of an education program to help raise awareness about the importance of meningococcal disease prevention among healthcare professionals, college health administrators, students, and the public.
