Updates from June 2020 ACIP Meeting (Webinar)

Join the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID) for a discussion on updates from the June 2020 Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) meeting, including current US vaccination recommendations for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on routine vaccination services.
NFID Medical Director William Schaffner, MD will moderate the discussion with presentations by Jessica R. MacNeil, MPH, Deputy Executive Secretary, ACIP, and Sarah A. Mbaeyi, MD, MPH, medical officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Describe current ACIP recommendations for adult and childhood/adolescent immunization
- Explain the impact of recent changes to vaccine recommendations on vaccination programs
- Discuss information on new and/or future vaccines for potential use in practice
There is no fee to participate in this activity but pre-registration is required.
