Sponsored by the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID), the Annual Conference on Vaccinology Research is a well-established forum for the exchange of the latest scientific and clinical knowledge in vaccinology. Registration provides access to:

Registration Fees

*Trainees include those currently in school or no more than 4 years post-grad. A letter from the program director confirming Trainee status is required to register at the Trainee rate and should be sent via email to: vaccine@nfid.org.

Online registrations require payment via credit card. To pay via check, contact  vaccine@nfid.org.

Please note that NFID does not provide travel assistance, stipends, or reimbursements to individuals with accepted abstracts. All expenses related to travel, lodging, and participation in the conference are the responsibility of the individual.

Group discounts are available for 5 or more registrations. For additional information, contact  vaccine@nfid.org.  

Registration confirmation emails may be in spam or junk mail folders. Contact  vaccine@nfid.org  if you have not received a confirmation email after registering online. 

By registering for the conference, participants agree to comply with the  NFID Code of Conduct. 

Cancellation Policy

Registration fee refunds, less a $75 administrative fee, will be granted only if written notification is received by NFID via email to vaccine@nfid.org prior to 11:59 PM ET on April 14, 2025. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after this date. Substitutions may be allowed; however,  you must notify NFID via email to vaccine@nfid.org prior to 11:59 PM ET on May 2, 2025. In the event that NFID cancels the conference, the total registration fee paid will be refunded.
