Entry limited to the first 50 applicants. Entry fee is $250 per person, which includes green fees, cart, golf balls, box lunch, prizes, refreshments, tournament mementos, transportation, dinner, and awards ceremony. Tax deductible except for green fees. Proceeds will support research and education on antimicrobial resistance, AIDS, vaccine-preventable diseases, nosocomial infections, diarrheal diseases, hepatitis, tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, new and reemerging infectious diseases, and other diseases.
