Mark your calendars and start planning your activities! October 8-14 is National Adult Immunization Awareness Week (NAIAW) 2000. The National Coalition for Adult Immunization (NCAI) spearheads this annual observance to coordinate awareness-raising activities that focus on adult and adolescent immunization, and this year marks the 14th consecutive observance. NAIAW serves as a great opportunity for individuals and organizations to promote the importance of adult and adolescent immunization. "Prevention for a Healthy Future" is the theme for National Adult Immunization Awareness Week 2000.

NCAI has again developed a campaign kit to assist in promoting adult and adolescent immunization during NAIAW and the rest of the year. Kits cost $10.00 each (postage included in U.S.), and prepayment is preferred.
