The basis for this report (PDF - 1.4 MB), developed from the October 20th roundtable, was to locate successful programs for immunizing healthcare workers against influenza and present them as models adaptable by any organization. This report reveals these successful strategies as well as common challenges that many organizations uncover during their campaigns to raise immunization rates.
